401(k) Plan
ity offers a 401(k) plan through John Hancock, where you are able to set aside pre-tax dollars for your retirement. You may defer up to 100% of your compensation each pay period, up to the dollar limit imposed by the IRS ($15,000 for 2006). Any contributions you make to your 401(k) account reduce your gross monthly earnings, thereby reducing your current tax liability. So, contributing to a 401(k) plan can provide tax savings. Your contributions, if any, are completely voluntary.
If you make 401(k) contributions, Dresser-Rand ity will make the following matching contributions on your behalf:

Time Off
Our standard vacation schedule begins at 2 weeks per year and an additional week is earned for every four years worked. ity also provides six sick days and nine company holidays per year.
