Dresser-Rand Enginuity offers a very comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Dresser-Rand Enginuity pays 100% of the premiums for all coverage’s except medical insurance. We offer a choice of a $2,500 or $1,000 deductible plan.  Following are the current monthly employee contribution rates:

401(k) Plan
Dresser-Rand Enginuity offers a 401(k) plan through John Hancock, where you are able to set aside pre-tax dollars for your retirement. You may defer up to 100% of your compensation each pay period, up to the dollar limit imposed by the IRS ($15,000 for 2006). Any contributions you make to your 401(k) account reduce your gross monthly earnings, thereby reducing your current tax liability. So, contributing to a 401(k) plan can provide tax savings. Your contributions, if any, are completely voluntary.
 
If you make 401(k) contributions, Dresser-Rand Enginuity will make the following matching contributions on your behalf:

First 3%    100%
Next 2%  50%
You are immediately 100% vested in both your and the company's 401(k) contributions. 
 
Time Off
Our standard vacation schedule begins at 2 weeks per year and an additional week is earned for every four years worked. Dresser-Rand Enginuity also provides six sick days and nine company holidays per year.
